Easter

Easter was exciting for Madeline and restfull for Max!!
This year she got to hunt for eggs with Kelly, Emma, and the family.
She found several eggs and wanted to open them on the spot.
In the eggs were stickers, coins (to throw in the fountain), candy, and Disney dollars for her to go shopping at Minnie's House ( also known as the Disney Store.)
Max slept through most of it, next year it will be more exciting for him.
The kids and both Jake and I were spoiled, it looked like Christmas.
We are lucky to have such a generous family.
I almost forgot...
Madeline got diamonds!!
Yes a 2 year old!
She was given a beautiful gold necklace with a heart covered in diamonds.
The most special part about this gift was that it was given to her by her great grandmother.
What a special piece that she will keep forever.
Although we love our presents and being spoiled,
it is most important to remember the true meaning of this holiday!
Jesus died and rose for us!

He loves his bouncer.
He loves his sister.
He is HAPPY!
And as a parent I couldn't be happier.

Princess Madeline

Royality
I wish I could have stayed up with some friends and had tea in a fancy hat to watch Prince William and Kate have the wedding of the century, but I am back at work, so no more naps to catch up on missed sleep.
Although, Max helped me out! He woke up around 3:30 and he was my excuse to watch it while I nursed him.We had special bonding time.
Later that day I watched it with Madeline. I told her that Kate was a princess and she ran into her room.  When Madeline came out she was wearing her white gloves and holding her Cinderella wand.
She wanted to be a princess too.
I decided to help complete her look and put her dress up veil on.
It melted my heart to see her dress up.
She is my girl, she loves to go with the theme!!!
